42 CFR Part 2 -- Substance Use Disorder Records
Because Archangel Centers provides substance use disorder treatment services, your records are protected by additional federal confidentiality rules under 42 CFR Part 2. These regulations generally prohibit us from disclosing your SUD records to anyone without your written consent, except in limited circumstances required by law.
This means your substance use disorder records cannot be disclosed to law enforcement agencies, employers, or family members without your written authorization, except in limited circumstances such as a medical emergency or court order.

Changes to This Notice
We reserve the right to change this Notice. We may apply any revised Notice to health information we already have about you as well as new information. We will post any revised Notice on our website and make copies available upon request.
